Sam Kotch
Co-Founder
Sam Kotch is Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer of AccrueMe®. He is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with experience across ecommerce, private capital, capital formation, business development, and alternative investments.
Sam also serves as an Operating Partner at Acquis Capital, where he helps evaluate investment opportunities, support portfolio companies, and develop capital strategies across ecommerce, software, consulting, and other growth-focused businesses.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Sam has worked closely with entrepreneurs, investors, advisors, and operators across multiple industries. He has helped build and support consulting and ecommerce businesses that have generated tens of millions of dollars in sales, while also participating in alternative investment opportunities including independent film finance.
At AccrueMe®, Sam focuses on operations, partnerships, and capital relationships. He helps ensure that sellers have a clear, professional experience from initial evaluation through funding, with a focus on transparency, alignment, and long-term business fit.
Sam holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from Bentley University.
Ben Kotch
Co-Founder
Ben Kotch is Co-Founder of AccrueMe®. He is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a background across ecommerce, finance, software, consulting, and alternative investments.
Ben also serves as an Operating Partner at Acquis Capital, where he focuses on evaluating, investing in, and supporting growing businesses across ecommerce, software, and capital strategy.
Since 2018, Ben has worked deeply across the ecommerce ecosystem, helping invest in and support hundreds of online businesses that have collectively generated more than $100 million in sales. His experience includes ecommerce funding, marketing systems, software tools, consulting, and business operations.
Beyond ecommerce finance, Ben has built consulting and software businesses that have generated tens of millions of dollars in sales. He has also participated in alternative investment opportunities, including independent film finance, giving him a broader perspective on capital allocation, deal structure, and growth strategy.
At AccrueMe®, Ben brings a strategic, behind-the-scenes operator’s perspective to growth capital, with a focus on helping ecommerce businesses think more clearly about inventory, cash flow, systems, channel expansion, and disciplined scaling.

Chief Technology Officer
Gaurang Bhatt graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology and then received his Masters of Science from Columbia University in New York City. Gaurang has deep knowledge and experience with Data Analytics and Machine Learning.
Don Henig
Co-Founder
Don Henig is Co-Founder of AccrueMe® and an entrepreneur, operator, investor, and executive with decades of experience across finance, sales, media, and business building.
Don previously served as President of three divisions of a NYSE-listed company with more than 7,000 employees. During his career in mortgage finance, he and his teams helped fund more than $100 billion in mortgage transactions.
In addition to his finance and operating background, Don has produced eight feature films, giving him broad experience across capital-intensive businesses, deal execution, and creative finance.
At AccrueMe®, Don brings senior leadership experience, capital markets perspective, and a long track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
Eric Kotch
Co-Founder
Eric Kotch is Co-Founder of AccrueMe® and an attorney, investor, and advisor with deep experience in corporate law, private investment, acquisitions, and project finance.
Eric is a graduate of the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
He currently serves on the Investment Committee of Acquis Capital, a private investment firm. His background brings legal, financial, and transaction-level discipline to AccrueMe’s capital model.
At AccrueMe®, Eric helps provide the governance, deal-structuring perspective, and investment oversight needed to support a transparent and professionally managed capital platform.
Mark Gonsalves
Co-Founder
Mark Gonsalves is Co-Founder of AccrueMe® and a Principal of ALGO Online Retail and Acquis Capital, LLC. He is an entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and former U.S. Army Special Forces Captain with experience across ecommerce, education, business development, and leadership.
Mark has worked closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout his career, including work with Daymond John and the launch of The Daymond John Launch Academy. He has also worked with Mark Victor Hansen, New York Times bestselling author of Chicken Soup for the Soul.
